Sneak Peek: S2337

2011 February 4
by elizabeth_admin

Here’s a picture my esteemed photo assistant (aka, my sister) snapped today of my dress.  I wore it to work and it’s super comfortable.  I am loving double knit, I tell you!

A non-pattern review will be up later this weekend.  I’ll explain why it’s a non-pattern review then.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Wow – that dress is fantastic on you – shapely in all the right places. Great job, and worthy of a label, I would have thought…

That looks amazing on you! I really dig the flattering pleats across the middle (did I really just say I dig something? really??). Hope the next version is worthy of a label…

Looks great!!! Worth the extra effort?? I think so.

I’m leaving on Monday for the cruise – be back on the 18th. I didn’t sew anything for it, am wearing dresses I already had (and sewn dresses for the non-formal nights.) Talk to you on the 18th!

Very cute. I wonder what designer inspired the pattern. I think Kwik Sew has something similar.

    It’s fantastic!

Let me preface my comment by saying that; a) I’m no sewing pro by any stretch of the imagination, b) I think you’re adorable and c) I love this dress.

However, is it my imagination or do you have wrinkles at the underarm junction?

I’m just asking because it appears that way and I perpetually have that problem with every pattern I attempt! Someone suggested I make a FBA after the forward shoulder adjustment failed to fix the problem.

    You’e awesome!
